SEMINOLE WHITETAIL DEER HUNT
QUALITY MANAGED PRIVATE LAND
Cypress Marsh Outfitters is located in Zone A as far south as you can get. We are butted up to the Everglades/Big Cypress. Our Whitetail Deer Hunts are conducted on approximately 6500 acres of private land. Our land we conduct our Deer hunts on is quality managed. Clients are encouraged to harvest mature Whitetails However we do follow the state of Florida rules and regulations minimum requirement of 3 points on one side for antlered deer. At Cypress Marsh Outfitters we maintain feeders, mineral sites, and our land on a yearly basis. We believe this provides a valuable food source and helps keeping a stable healthy herd.
We utilize ladder stands and ground blinds to ensure your safety is priority. All transportation to and from the hunting locations is provided including extraction, cleaning and quartering of harvested game. We do not believe in trophy fees. Seminole Whitetail Buck: $2,000

Add a Seminole Whitetail Doe to your 3 day hunt for additional $500.00 during archery only. This applies in the first nine days of archery Florida law.

Additional guest- cameraman, wives, buddy’s, ETC. tagging along NOT HUNTING are welcome - $200.00 prospect fee per day

PAYMENT POLICIES
There is a required $150.00 non-refundable deposit to hold dates. Deposit goes towards the balance of the hunt

EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR HUNT
The Seminole Whitetail Deer can be very challenging. Terrain is thick and often marshy. Florida’s unpredictable climate combined with extreme humidity can make the practice of quality sent control almost impossible. The Rut season for Seminole Whitetail can also be very unpredictable as our seasonal temperatures change day to day causing our rut to inconsistently “turn on” or “turn off”. The average 4 ½ year old bucks on our farms typically score between 80”-115” and will weigh approximately 110-170lbs depending on time of year.
LICENSE NEEDED:
All State of Florida License, Permits, Rules And regulations do apply to our Seminole Whitetail Deer Hunts.
License & Permits are NOT Included in our hunts. It is the hunter’s responsibility to obtain the appropriate license, permits and check in harvest.
